Scripps Networks Interactive appoints David Arroyo as CCO

Scripps Networks InteractiveFebruary 22, 2016, Knoxville, Tenn., USA - Scripps Networks Interactive, has named David Arroyo to the newly established position of chief ethics and compliance officer.
Mr. Arroyo practiced as a trial lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and early in his career, he clerked for U.S. District Court Judge James G. Carr.

President Obama appointed Mr. Arroyo to the board of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the Senate confirmed him in September 2014.

He is a past chairman of the board of LatinoJustice, formerly known as the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund, a 44-year old civil rights and education organization.

Mr. Arroyo graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and Duke University. While at the law school, he served as an associate and contributing editor of the “Michigan Law Review.”
