Roger Wood joins Moelis & Company as managing director

Moelis & CompanyJuly 20, 2010, New York, USA - Moelis & Company, a global investment bank, announced that Roger Wood has joined the firm as a managing director in in Power and Infrastructure.
Mr. Wood joins from Rothschild where he was Head of North American Utilities and Infrastructure and Global Co-Head of both Utilities and Infrastructure.

Mr. Wood has 24 years of investment banking experience during which time he has advised some of the largest global power and infrastructure companies on critical strategic transactions both in the US and internationally.

Prior to joining Rothschild in 2005, Mr. Wood was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup in New York focused on the electric utility and independent power sectors.

Mr. Wood previously worked in Energy Investment Banking at JP Morgan in New York and London and began his career as a member of JP Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London.
