R.G.I. director Yuriy Borisenko leaves the company

R.G.I. InternationalJuly 8, 2013, Moscow, Russia - R.G.I. International, a developer of residential and commercial properties, announced that non-executive director Yuriy Borisenko has resigned from the board and leaves the company.
Mr. Borisenko was a legal manager and implemented several projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Gazprombank-Invest, Systema-Hals, Tashir Group, SeverStal, and Borges Holding.

Since 1996 Mr. Borisenko was a co-founder and partner in a law firm Vegas-Lex. He was also Director for M&A and Legal Affairs of Highriser Group of companies. He is known as Laureate of rating CRE-100 "100 Most Influential People of the Market of the Commercial Real Estate".

Mr. Borisenko graduated from Volgograd State University, Law Department, Moscow Institute of Professional Development of Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
