PwC US names US human capital leader and a vice chair

PwCOctober 14, 2014, New York, N.Y., USA - PwC US announced that Thomas W. Codd has assumed the role of US human capital leader and a vice chairman.
Most recently, Mr. Codd served as PwC’s North Texas Managing Partner. A recognized leader at the firm, he previously served as North Texas Assurance Leader, Central Region Assurance Managing Partner, Dallas Assurance Leader, Dallas Private Company Services Leader and Southwest Region Middle Market Advisory Services Leader. In 2005 and 2007, he was elected by his fellow partners to serve as a member of PwC’s US Board of Partners and Principals.

An active member of the community, Mr. Codd has been involved with numerous boards and organizations including SMU Cox School of Business Executive Board, Dallas Zoological Society, The American Ireland Fund, World Affairs Council of Dallas Fort-Worth, The Smurfit Graduate College of Business at UCD (Dublin, Ireland), University of Dallas, Dallas Regional Chamber and the Dallas Citizens Council.

Mr. Codd was honored in Irish America Magazine's Business 100 List annually from 2008 through 2013. A graduate of Purdue University, he is a licensed CPA in Texas. He is succeeding Terri McClements, who was recently named PwC’s Washington Metro Market Managing Partner.
