Putrajaya Perdana names Datuk Rosman Abdullah executive chairman

Putrajaya PerdanaPutrajaya Perdana, a construction and property development company, announced that is has appointed Datuk Rosman Abdullah as its executive chairman.
Mr. Abdullah served as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Chief Executive Officer of PECD, and prior to that he served as Executive Director of Finance, Business Development and Corporate Services of Malaysia Airports Holdings.

He started his career in 1988 when he joined Hanafiah Raslan & Mohammad, a public accounting firm that subsequently merged with Arthur Anderson & Co.

He served Arthur Anderson & Co for nine years in the areas of auditing, corporate restructurings, privatisations, financial and corporate advisory and corporate finance.

Mr. Abdullah's was also Experienced Manager with Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad and Arthur Anderson Advisory Services, and then he joined PCSB where he took charge of Finance, Strategic & Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications, Human Resource Development & Management, Information Technology, and Legal & Risk Management.

He also served as Non-Executive Chairman of Cuscapi Berhad (also called as Datascan Bhd), as Chairman of Malaysia Airports Niaga, and Asia Pacific Auction Centre.

Mr. Abdullah has been a chartered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Degree from the Australian National University, Australia and attended the Advanced Management Programme at the Oxford University under the British Government Chevening Scholarship Award.
