Northwest Pipe Company: president Brian W. Dunham resigns

Brian W. DunhamOctober 11, 2010,, Vancouver, Wa., USA - Northwest Pipe Company announced that president Brian W. Dunham has resigned.
Mr. Dunham joined Northwest Pipe Company in 1990 after spending nine years with Coopers & Lybrand. Brian was the company's Chief Financial Officer from 1990 through 1996.

In 1995, Mr. Dunham was appointed to the company's Board of Directors and was named Chief Operating Officer in 1997. He became the President of Northwest Pipe in January, 1998. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Dunham has attained both CPA and CMA certifications.

The company has also announced that Mr. Dunham has been replaced by the company's CEO Richard A. Roman.

Mr. Roman was appointed CEO of Northwest Pipe Company in April, 2010 and remains on the Board of Directors. Prior to his appointment Mr. Roman served as the President and CFO of Columbia Ventures Corporation. Also, Mr. Roman was a partner in the Portland, Oregon office of Coopers & Lybrand. During his 17 years at Coopers he was also a resident in the firm's Boston and Paris offices.

Mr. Roman is a graduate of Grinnell College and earned his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.
