Management changes at President Energy

President EnergyJanuary 16, 2015, London, United Kingdom - President Energy Plc, an oil and gas company, announces the appointment of Carlos Morales as its manager of the Argentine operations, based in Salta.
Mr. Morales is a Senior Operations Geologist and Petroleum Engineer having been with YPF for 16 years including as the Geologist on President’s Puesto Guardian fields and subsequently over 10 years with each of Halliburton and Baker Hughes.

John Hamilton (CEO) and Richard Hubbard (COO), both based out of London, have offered to step down from the Board as of January 15, 2015. They will remain senior advisors to the Company.

As a result, Peter Levine will become Executive Chairman and Chief Executive while Miles Biggins (Commercial Director) will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, with Ben Wilkinson continuing as Finance Director.

Mr. Levine founded the former FTSE 250 Imperial Energy Corporation PLC and was its Executive Chairman and largest individual shareholder until its sale in January 2009. He is the sole beneficial owner of PLLG Investments Ltd, his family investment fund, which is an 18.85% owner of President.

Mr. Biggins, a petroleum engineer, worked for Shell for 14 years in various roles focusing latterly on business development. Following Shell, he worked at Northern Petroleum Plc as Business Development Manager since 2004.

Michael Cochran (Non-Executive Director) will also be stepping down from the board effective January 15, 2015. â–
