Maersk chief finance officer to leave

Jakob StausholmA.P. Moller - Maersk announced that chief finance, strategy and transformation officer and registered director, Jakob Stausholm has decided to leave the company.
That comes after the company decided that Finance, Transformation, IT and Digital, which today are organized in one function, will be divided into a fully focused finance function and functions focused on IT, Strategy, Digital and Transformation.

Mr. Stausholm joined A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2012 as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer in Maersk Line.

He came to Maersk from global facility services provider ISS A/S, where he was Group CFO from 2008 to 2011.

Before that, he spent over 19 years with Shell in numerous finance positions, including in Europe, Latin America and Asia, and as Chief Internal Auditor for the group.
