Kemin Resources director Ken Crichton steps down

KeminMay 5, 2016, London, United Kingdom - Kemin Resources, a molybdenum and tungsten exploration company, announces that non-executive director Kenneth Ronald Crichton has stepped down from the board.
Mr. Crichton is a mining engineer with over 27 years’ experience in the mining industry. Since graduating in 1985, more than half of his career has involved working in developing countries and a considerable part in active mine production roles.

Mr. Crichton is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ASCOM Precious Metals Mining (APM), an Egyptian-based minerals company with exploration activities in East Africa, where he is focused on advancing its gold discovery in Ethiopia.

Previously, Mr. Crichton worked for 15 years with BHP Billiton in both Australia and Indonesia, including as the President Director of PT Billiton Indonesia, a BHP Billiton subsidiary.

Mr. Crichton also spent over 4 years working with the Leighton Holdings Group of Companies, a construction and mining contractor in Papua New Guinea and Australia.
