JetBlue Airways names General Stanley McChrystal to the board

JetBlue AirwaysNovember 10, 2010, New York, N.Y., USA - JetBlue Airways announces the appointment of retired General Stanley A. McChrystal to the board of directors.
Gen. McChrystal was one of the nation's most accomplished military leaders.

A 34-year U.S. Army veteran of multiple wars, Gen. McChrystal commanded the U.S. and NATO's security mission in Afghanistan, served as the director of the Joint Staff and was the Commander of Joint Special Operations Command, where he was responsible for the nation's deployed military counter terrorism efforts.

Gen. McChrystal is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, the United States Naval Command and Staff College and was a military fellow at both the Council on Foreign Relations and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Currently the General is teaching a seminar on leadership at the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at Yale University.
