Husqvarna Group appoints new head of Asia/Pacific

HusqvarnaJanuary 8, 2014, Stockholm, Sweden - Husqvarna AB, a producer of outdoor power products, announces that Pavel Hajman has been appointed executive vice president, head of business unit Asia/Pacific and will become member of Husqvarna Group management.
Mr. Hajman has more than 20 years of international business experience within several different areas including sales, marketing, logistics and manufacturing.

Most recently, Mr. Hajman comes from Assa Abloy, a lock manufacturer, where he has been heading operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Previous experiences include numerous managerial roles within Seco Tools, including Logistic Manager and Vice President of Seco Tools subsidiary Pramet Tools in the Czech Republic.

Mr. Hajman holds a Master of Science degree, Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology, Sweden.

The former head of Asia/Pacific, Nicolas Lanus, left on December 31, 2013.
