Gary A. Sugar to retire as Patagonia Gold director

Mr. Sugar is an investment banker, retired as Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, where he worked since 1979. He specialized in mining sector, particularly mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, initial public offers and corporate banking relationships.

Mr. Sugar has 32 years of career serving clients in the mining industry. He has been a Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, Stillwater Mining, and Romarco Minerals. He graduated in 1971 from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Geology and obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration also from the University of Toronto.
