Fulcrum Utility Services CFO steps down

Fulcrum Utility ServicesJanuary 10, 2014, Sheffield, United Kingdom - Fulcrum Utility Services, a holding company, announced that Marcus Green stepped down as group chief financial officer.
Mr. Green is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and operational finance roles with public companies and SMEs.

He spent eight years with KCOM Group plc where he held a succession of finance and commercial roles, including three years as their Group Financial Controller and latterly as Finance Director of their national business-to-business telecoms service provider.

Mr. Green was Group Finance Director at Masternaut UK Ltd and he founded MaxAim LLP with four other partners to provide strategic, financial management and corporate finance advice to PLCs and SMEs.

The company also announced that it has appointed Robert Douglas to the non-board position of interim chief financial officer until a successor is appointed.

Mr. Douglas brings with him considerable experience gained in senior finance roles in listed and private companies. He has held interim group finance director appointments in the house building, construction and property sectors. His most recent role was as interim group finance director of United House Limited. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
