Danny Qing Chang resigns from India Globalization Capital

India Globalization CapitalJune 4, 2012, Bethesda, Md., USA - India Globalization Capital, an infrastructure and materials company, announced that it has accepted the resignation of director Danny Qing Chang.
Mr. Chang has been the Managing Director of HK Ironman since December 20, 2010. He is also a partner at the private equity firm Jasmine Capital.

From February 2007 to January 2010, Mr. Chang was the CEO of the state-owned investment enterprise China Railway Huachuang United Investment. Prior to that, from January 2006 to February 2007, he was the Vice President of Yishang Media Investment Co. where he oversaw investments in the media industry.

From January 2005 to January 2006, Mr. Chang was an investor and CEO at Tu Sheng Wang LuoJiShu You Xian Gong Si, a medical consulting network in China. Prior to that, from January 2003 to January 2005, he was the Founder and Managing Director of UK Chinatown Group a China British trading platform for promoting business between the United Kingdom and China.

Mr. Chang graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Business Management from the University of Glasgow in 1999.
