Circle Oil chairman steps down

Thomas AndersonSeptember 9, 2013, Limerick, Ireland - Circle Oil, an international oil and gas company, announces that Thomas Anderson, chairman of the company, has stepped down from his position.
Mr. Anderson has more than twenty five years direct executive experience involved in running a private group in the leisure, entertainment, advertising, forestry and property development business in Ireland. Mr. Anderson has been a Director of Terrabiogen Technologies Inc., (formerly International Bio-Recovery Corp.) since December 8, 2009 and Finavera Wind Energy Inc. since December 14, 2011.

He serves as Director of Inchicore Cinema Limited, Galway Cinemas Limited, Savoy Cinema (Sligo) Limited, Grokenda Holdings 1 Limited, Grokenda Holdings 2 Limited, Grokenda Properties Limited, Grokenda Restaurants Limited, Milesian Oil & Gas Limited, Tellhill Limited, Touchmann Limited, Mayfox Limited, Mansard Limited, Cinema Television Limited, The Stella Picture Theatre Limited, Milesian Oil Limited, Reservoir Investments Limited and Derrickbawn Court Management Limited.

Mr. Anderson served as Senior Independent Non-executive Director of Circle Oil plc and as Non-Executive Chairman since April 2004. He served as a Director of Roundwood Christmas Trees Limited and Fernmere Investments Limited. He served as Non-Executive Director of Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc from December 17, 2007 to November 9, 2010.

Mr. Anderson is graduated in Commerce and Economics and completed a Master of Business Administration degree at University College Dublin.
