China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group names COO

CMGEAugust 19, 2014, Hong Kong, China - China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Limited (CMGE) announced that Shuling Ying has been appointed as new chief operating officer.
Mr. Ying previously served as CMGE President from October 2013 to June 2014 and has extensive experience in the licensing, publishing, operation and marketing of mobile games and helping to manage our publishing business. Prior to joining CMGE, Mr. Ying had worked at the Shanghai branch of Standard Chartered Bank.

Previous COO, Hu Zhenyu, has been appointed as the company's Senior Vice President.

Mr. Zhenyu has more than 10 years of experience in commercial operations and team management. Mr. Zhenyu has also been the assistant general manager of 3GUU BVI since 2006. He is instrumental in CMGE's strategic planning, and in developing strategic partnerships for mobile game business with China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom.

Mr. Zhenyu obtained a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Jiangxi Academy for Specialized Economic Management in 2006.
