Zambia and Ghana signed a joint permanent commission for cooperation agreement meant to cement cooperation ties between the two countries.

The Zambian minister said the signing of the agreement was the start of the signing of more agreements to enhance cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

The two countries, he said, will soon sign another agreement to waive visa requirements in an effort to enhance free movement of people by breaking down barriers.

For her part, the Ghanaian minister said her country was keen to boost relations with Zambia.
