Russia´s Finance Ministry is scheduled to sign the accord with its Cuban counterpart following talks on the issue.
The Russian Council of Ministers also approved a draft accord to grant Cuba another 100-million dollar credit line to upgrade and expand a metal-processing plant in Havana. ■
