"Poland will send a delegation to Lebanon from the Polish defense ministry to conduct negotiations revolving around signing military agreements between the two countries," Soloch was quoted as saying by the National News Agency.

His remarks came during his meeting with Defense Minister Elias Bou Saab.

Soloch added that Poland is also considering a plan to rejoin the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

Poland has officially withdrew its troops from the UNIFIL in 2009 after having joined since 1982 with a 450-member contingent.
