The decision came after the National Institute of Public Health estimated that the Coronavirus situation is not exactly under control in these countries, SchengenVisaInfo.com reports.

Norwegians are also urged not to travel, if it’s not strictly necessary, to Andorra, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Luxembourg, Portugal and Romania.

As for Sweden passengers arriving in Norway from Scania and Kronoberg, they will be required to follow quarantine rules, after these regions have been added to the country’s red list.

"Finland will introduce a mandatory 14 day home quarantine for all travelers coming to Finland from certain high risk countries (including Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina). A mandatory coronavirus test will also be introduced. More information by the end of this week," Finnish embassy in Croatia said.
