On 3 June, the Lithuanian Government approved the proposal by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to resume scheduled flights to Paris, Copenhagen, Billund, Nice, and Turku.

We recommend that travellers carefully evaluate the risks for purchasing tickets for flights that have not yet been authorized. We also recommend finding out in advance the requirements and restrictions applied in the countries travellers intend to visit.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has withdrawn the top warning of “not travelling to foreign countries” with respect to certain European Union member states, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein; however, specific warnings remain. A warning not to travel to Belgium, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Portugal remains.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is calling for the abandonment of unnecessary travel to Ireland, Spain, and Malta, where the incidence of coronavirus remains above 15 cases per 100,000 population over the last 14 days. ■
