In the visit also the two sides signed a preferential tariff agreement, which will lead to a free trade between the two countries, he added.

Shafeie, who accompanied President Rouhani in his Iraq visit, said that joint industrial townships will be established in border areas between Iran and Iraq.

He said that Iran's Chamber of Commerce has bought a 11-storey building as a trade center in Baghdad and all Iranian provincial chambers of commerce have a share in the center.
