In a statement, Foreign Ministry's spokesman Bahram Qasemi denied on Sunday rumors about an alleged withdrawal of Iran from the deal, signed in 2015.

'Rumors over Iran walking out of Jcpoa are false', he insisted in the statement.

Qasami stressed this kind of fake comments are aimed at creating chaos in society and take advantage of such confusion to benefit other interests.

The spokesman emphasized any decision on the issue is up to the Higher Council for Overseeing Jcpoa and of no other layer.
