Greece’s concession deal of 14 regional airports to the German-led consortium Fraport will be sealed on Tuesday, according to press reports.
Air traffic Fraport has agreed to pay 1.23 billion euros
Recall that Fraport has agreed to pay 1.23 billion euros for the 14 airports, on top of 22.9 million euros as annual rental fee adjusted for inflation and a floated fee which is estimated at 28.6% of the airports EBITDA per year.
Moreover, the consortium has also committed 330 million euros in investments over the next four years and a total of 1.4 billion euros during the 40-year life of the concession contract. ■
