Belarus wants to sign a new agreement with the European Union to bolster relations, Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei told the Belarus 1 TV channel.
Relations Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei:
The minister reminded that Belarus has always been in favor of the equal and full-fledged dialogue with Western partners - the EU and the USA. The full abolition of restrictive measures should be the next step in this direction. It would help advance the cooperation to a brand-new level.
“There should be no new conditions for the abolition of sanctions,” he added. ■
