Salon du Chocolat: Fans of chocolate, come and celebrate chocolate in all its shapes and forms!

The seventh edition of the Salon du Chocolat Brussels, a fair reuniting over a hundred chocolate makers, pastry chefs, confectioners, and cocoa producers, has opened in the Belgian capital.

In the next three days, until 16 February, several events are lined up for visitors of all ages, including demonstration of recipes by the great chefs and chocolate makers, as well as tastings and pastry lessons. Some specialties as works of art made ​​of chocolate are created exclusively for the exhibition and available only here.

Here kids will find workshops where they can learn about how to work with chocolate and make some surprising products.

This year’s show will highlight beer and chocolate pairings! On a dedicated space and during three days, the famous brand Duvel will offer tastings in association with Jitsk Chocolates. Master classes in the presence of sommelier Brecht Terryn will be also held.

Don’t miss the famous chocolate fashion show! Glamorous, indulgent and ravishing, the Chocolate Fashion Show will showcase around a dozen spectacular creations dreamed up by duos of Belgian chocolatiers and designers. These creations will be presented every day of the Salon at a 5 PM fashion show.

Before the fashion show, you will be able to see a retrospective of some of the greatest dresses created for the Salon du Chocolat Paris by Jean Paul Hévin and Paule Ka, Hasnaâ Ferreira and Elise Martimort, François Daubinet for Fauchon and Elsa Muse, Hasnaâ Ferreira and Jérémie Pujo, Stéphane Bonnat and Angélique Godey, Christophe Bertrand and Nicolas Morin À La Reine Astrid and L’Atelier Flory Brisset et l’Atelier Thiery.

Nearly 30.000 visitors join the event in just 3 days to admire the work of master chocolatiers and sample chocolate in all its forms at the world´s largest chocolate event. Why are you still here? Go!
