Jack London Square in Oakland, California, is the host of annual 7 hours long Crab Crawl event which will take place from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As the name implies, the festival is dedicated to crabs and those who love seafood.

Events in March 2009Do you know that the most colorful crab in the world is the Sally Lightfoot Crab that has red, orange, yellow and white colours? Maybe you also didn't know that crab's teeth are in its stomach and that after losing its claw, a crab can grow it back. The later is good to know in the case they have good memory, too.

Visitors will be able to buy fresh, live crab directly off a crab fishing boat, taste other seafood specialties, enjoy in live music and entertainment, and shop arts and crafts. Be a part of crab cooking demonstrations and crab races, and enjoy in live band performances.

The Abu Dhabi Yacht Show (ADYS) aims to be one of the world's most exclusive and luxurious Super Yachting event. It is organised by Informa Yacht Group, the owner of the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show and exclusive Superyacht Cup Series.

Events in March 2009The show, which will run at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center and its new marina facilities from March 12-14, has attracted more than 80 exhibitors from 21 countries and features 18 of the world’s largest super yachts ranging from 25 metres to 88 metres in length. From 30m Azimuth to 50m Benetti to beautiful 88.5m Lauren, some of the largest and finest Superyachts, Megayachts and Gigayachts in the world are on show for the very first time in the capital city of the UAE, Abu Dhabi.

For the last day of the show organizers prepare the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show Closing Ceremony, a spectacular conclusion of this luxury event.
