Trade turnover between Mongolia and Japan in the first four months rose by 35 percent year on year, partly contributed by an economy-cooperation agreement between the two countries.
Asia Exports from Mongolia to Japan increased by 124 percent
The Mongolia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement went into force on June 7, 2016 and was signed on February 10, 2015 in Tokyo, with the aim to expand trade and strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
Thanks to the agreement, exports from Mongolia to Japan increased by 124 percent in 2017 year on year. ■
