Four vessels carrying Ukrainian foodstuffs to Spain, Turkey and Libya

Four bulkers carrying corn, wheat and other agricultural exports departed Ukrainian ports under the Black Sea Grain Initiative, the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) said.

"The Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) reports that four vessels left Ukrainian ports today [on November 14] carrying a total of 122,000 metric tonnes of grain and other food products under the Black Sea Grain Initiative," the center said.

In particular, the Otago Bay vessel is heading to Spain with 37,500 tonnes of barley and 12,500 tonnes of corn on board, and the Canga Star bulker is carrying 6,000 tonnes of sunflower meal to Spain as well.

The Lune B bulker is carrying 27,000 tonnes of wheat and 14,000 tonnes of corn to Turkey, and the East Wind I is carrying 25,000 tonnes of barley to Libya.

In addition, six vessels transited the maritime humanitarian corridor on November 14 heading to the Ukrainian ports, the JCC said.

Furthermore, 60 vessels are waiting to enter the Ukrainian ports and another 16 loaded vessels are awaiting inspection in Turkish territorial waters, the center said.
