House prices in majority of the Chinese cities increased in March, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed.
Houses House prices grew in 68 Chinese cities
The highest rise in house prices were noted in Haikou, by 2.6% and the steepest decrease was seen in Chengdu, by 0.6%.
In the capital region Beijing, home prices registered an increase of 0.4% in March.
Compared with the same month last year, house prices grew in 68 cities out of the 70 cities in March, while it dropped only in 2 cities. ■
