Investing China increases holding of U.S. treasuries in August
Japan, the second largest foreign holder of U.S. treasuries, cut its holding by 3.8 billion dollars to 1.197 trillion dollars in August.
In August, overall foreign holdings of U.S. Treasury securities fell to $6.0987 trillion U.S. dollars from July's $6.1165 trillion. ■
