Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu stated in an information that the annual cost of hosting a Syrian refugee in Turkey is 3,000 Euros, and that since the beginning of the conflict in Syria in 2011, the country has spent some $35 billion USD in humanitarian assistance.
The document stated that Turkey is providing free education and health services to Syrians, noting that 650,000 children are able to get education in schools. The healthcare service cost of an individual Syrian is $1,000 USD. ■
