Slovakia expected to post current account surplus

Slovakia is expected to record a current account surplus equivalent to 0.3 percent of GDP in 2015, according to European Commission's Winter 2016 Economic Forecast.

Current Account to GDP in Slovakia averaged -4.27 percent from 1993 until 2014, reaching an all time high of 4.30 percent in 1994 and a record low of -9.90 percent in 1996.

Central Bank Balance Sheet in Slovakia increased to 18,244 million euros in December from 17,549 million euros in November of 2015.

Central Bank Balance Sheet in Slovakia averaged 17,907.96 million euros from 2006 until 2015, reaching an all time high of 22,907 million euros in July of 2013 and a record low of 12,088 million euros in December of 2006.
