NODX fell 2.3 percent year-over-year in June, reversing a 11.6 percent climb in the previous month. It was faster than the 2.1 percent drop expected by economists.

Exports of electronic products contracted 1.7 percent annually in June, much slower than May's 6.0 percent decline. The decrease in electronic domestic exports was largely due to PCs, disk drives and parts of PCs.

Shipments pf non-electronic products slipped 2.5 percent in June, in contrast to a 19.0 percent surge in the prior month.

On a monthly basis, NODX plunged a seasonally adjusted 12.9 percent in June compared to a 16.8 percent growth in May.
