Analysts predicted last week that Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth would be 2.07 percent next year, while a month ago the forecast was 2.2%.
This decrease is related to the lack of trust among the business sector and the limitations of the government to increase public investment.
According to Focus, analysts maintained the growth forecast for this year at 0.87 percent, while inflation forecasts were changed from 3.54 to 3.45%. By 2020, inflation is expected to be 3.82 to 3.8%.
The forecasts are within the official target of 4.25%, with a tolerance interval of between 2.75 and 5.75 percent. ■
