DDD loss widens, company seeks delisting from AIM

3D solutions company DDD Group announced its final financial results for the year ended December 31, 2015.

Revenues were $706,000 (2014: $2,533,000). Gross profit margin remains strong at 98.7% (2014: 99.8%). Adjusted EBITDA loss from continuing operations was $1,826,000 (2014: loss of $285,000).

Loss from continuing operations was $3,178,000 (2014: loss of $2,209,000). Loss per share from continuing operations was $0.019 (2014: $0.015). Cash at December 31, 2015 was $164,000 (December 2014: $697,000).

DD Group said that the annual general meeting on June 29, 2016, a meeting will include a special resolution to approve the cancellation of trading on AIM of all of the ordinary shares of the company.

Under the AIM Rules the Cancellation can only be effected by DDD Group after the passing of a resolution of the Shareholders in a general meeting passed by a majority of not less than 75 percent of the votes cast, and the expiry of a period of twenty business days from the date upon which notice of the cancellation is given.
