Greece's telecom regulator fines OTE 6.3m euros

Greece’s telecoms regulator (EETT) has fined OTE a total of 6.4 million euros for abusing of dominant market position in the 2012-14 period.

OTE was fined after telecom provider Forthnet and mobile operators Wind Hellas and Cyta complained to the regulator for unfair competition.

EETT said it imposed a fine of 2.8 million euros on OTE for violating regulatory commitments and 3.5 million eujros for breaching competition laws.
