The Hub was positioned along with six other vendors in the Niche Players Quadrant of Gartner's "Magic Quadrant for CRM Multichannel Campaign Management" report in May, 2013.

ClickSquared's platform combines enterprise-class data management, analytics, cross-channel campaign management and marketing execution capabilities to automate customer dialogs across email, mobile, web, call centers and direct mail. The acquisition of ClickSquared is the latest in a series of acquisitions by Zeta Interactive to create the industry standard in cross-channel campaign marketing across the customer lifecycle.

David A. Steinberg, CEO and Co-Founder of Zeta Interactive said, "The acquisition of ClickSquared culminates Zeta's strategy of building a world-class, cross-channel platform for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention."

"Zeta Interactive has established itself as one of the most promising companies in the marketing technology industry, and we are thrilled to join forces with them," says Sam Zales, CEO of ClickSquared.

The combined companies will globally service B2C companies across a number of verticals including financial services, communication services, travel & hospitality, education, and retail. The company will be headquartered in New York City and retain ClickSquared offices in Boston, Massachusetts; Scottsdale, Arizona; Duluth, Georgia; London and Middlesbrough, United Kingdom.
