United Medical Systems acquires Litho of America

United Medical Systems together with their parent, New State Capital Partners, have acquired Litho of America, a privately held mobile lithotripsy and GreenLight laser service provider.

Litho of America provides services for treatment of kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia to hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers in Texas and Oklahoma.
