SpaceX got $1 billion from Google and Fidelity

Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) has raised a billion dollars in a financing round with two new investors, Google and Fidelity.
Space technology   Google and Fidelity will own just under 10% of SpaceX
They join existing investors Founders Fund, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Valor Equity Partners and Capricorn. Google and Fidelity will collectively own just under 10% of the company.

Space Exploration Technologies Corporation is headquartered in Hawthorne, Ca. It was founded in 2002 by former PayPal entrepreneur and Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk to reduce space transportation costs to enable the colonization of Mars.
