An extensive international partnership agreement between Prague Airport and Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), the operator of Incheon International Airport located close to Seoul, South Korea, was signed at Václav Havel Airport Prague.

From now the main focus will be on airport operations and development, security improvements and customer experience as well as sustainable growth.
The treaty also considers the development of new technologies. Specialists of both airports are also willing to cooperate in the area of digitalisation and new technologies, such as biometrics and robotics.
The memorandum was signed during the visit of the IIAC’s top management to Prague. Prior to signing ceremony, IIAC’s representatives toured the areas of Václav Havel Airport Prague.
The parties have agreed on the scope of their co-operation and experience sharing in many areas, from operational safety, development of new products and services for passengers, customer experience and airport infrastructure improvements to airport development projects and modern trends in digitalisation.
The parties have also agreed on regular meetings of their representatives during which experience and inspiration will be shared.
In addition, the partnership of the two airports will also support the growth of regular scheduled connections between the Czech Republic and South Korea. ■
