Staff Writer | September 20, 2018
Petrobras informed that the District Court of Rotterdam has handed down a procedural ruling in the class action filed by St. Petrobras Compensation Foundation against Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. and other co-defendants in the Netherlands.
LatAm   Petrobras denies all allegations
There was no decision on the merits, once the court ruled only on procedural issues and the class action will proceed to the next stages.

Petrobras denies all allegations presented by the Foundation and continues taking the necessary measures to defend its interests.

It is worth mentioning that the Brazilian authorities, including the Federal Supreme Court, recognize that Petrobras has been a victim of the acts revealed by Operation Lava Jato. As a victim, the company has already recovered about R $ 2.5 billion and will continue to seek all appropriate measures against companies and individuals that have caused damages.
