Telenor gets green light to take over Telekiosken

The Norwegian Competition Authority has approved the agreement between Telenor and Kjedehuset concerning the sale of Telekiosken. Telenor will take over the chain of stores on October 1.

Carlyle and Townsend will give approximately $200 million for equity interests in 5 warehouses by Shanghai Yupei Group and will build 12 new warehouses in the next two years.
