Intrenational ingredients company Ohly launched of a new Maple Syrup Specialty Powder, the latest addition to its ProDry range of products.

The unique ProDry process retains the volatile flavour components, protecting the distinctive, well rounded characteristic flavour profile of Maple syrup: describing it as having hints of caramel with overtones of toffee does not do it justice.
