Mikhail Gutseriyev said that the mining and processing complex will return the investments by 2030. By that time Belarus' budget will receive $8 billion in taxes and duties, with the investors getting $2 billion.

The chairman underlined that the products the new facility will make will be sold only via Belarusian Potash Company. “We are going to sell via BPC. It is only right. Slavkaliy is impossible without Belaruskali. Belaruskali offers personnel, working experience, extraction expertise and management. All those people will work for us.”

According to Mikhail Gutseriyev, some of the people will work at the Nezhinsky mining and processing complex.

Speaking about competition with Belaruskali, Mikhail Gutseriyev mentioned that any competition is beneficial. He pointed out that Belarus has substantial deposits of potassium chloride and the arrival of the investor will facilitate more effective utilization of the deposits.
