Coca-Cola European Partners completes combination

Coca-Cola European Partners plc (CCE) said that the combination of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke is now complete.
Merging businesses   More than over 300 million consumers across Western Europe
This combination creates the world's largest independent Coca-Cola bottler based on net sales and serves over 300 million consumers across Western Europe.

With pro forma 2015 net sales of approximately 11 billion euros and pro forma 2015 EBITDA of approximately 1.8 billion euros, Coca-Cola European Partners is a consumer packaged goods company in Europe.

Shares of Coca-Cola European Partners are expected to start trading under the ticker symbol CCE simultaneously in Amsterdam, New York, and London, on Tuesday, May 31. In Spain, trading is expected to start on Thursday, June 2.
