Ukraine's dairy exports have increased by 76.6 percent in the first half of 2017 to $117.2 million, the Ukrainian Food Export Board (UFEB) said.
Food trade China was the largest importer
In the first half of 2017, China was the largest importer of Ukraine's milk whey, purchasing $6.8 million worth of this product, the statement said.
Ukraine got the green-light to export milk products to China in September 2015.
Now, 27 enterprises working in the East European country have the right to supply dairy goods to China. ■
