Norway’s Fisheries Minister Per Sandberg said in a statement that the country will intensify fight against spread of pancreas disease (PD) among salmon.
Fish Farmers in the established PD zone will have greater flexibility
Says fish farmers in the established PD zone will have greater flexibility than before, and that outbreaks there no longer will require immediate harvest of the fish.
Says new regulation is expected to be at least as effective in battling PD in region affected by the disease. ■
