USANA CEO Dave Wentz steps down, new CEO appointed
Mr. Wentz joined USANA in the summer of 1992 prior to the formal organization of the company. He has subsequently served in a myriad of managerial positions, including vice president of strategic development, senior vice president, executive vice president, and president.
Additionally, Mr. Wentz is an active member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), where he has served in a variety of roles, including chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation and chairman of the DSA board.
He received a bachelor's degree in bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego.
The Board of Directors has appointed current Co-CEO, Kevin Guest, as CEO of the Company.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Guest has served as our executive director of media and events, vice president of media and events, executive vice president of marketing, chief marketing officer, president of North America, president of the Americas, Europe and South Pacific, and president of USANA.
Prior to joining USANA, Mr. Guest ran his own media production company, FMG Productions (which was acquired by USANA in 2004).
He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in communications. ■
