Unisys CFO Janet Brutschea Haugen to retire
Ms. Haugen was elected a senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer in July 2000.
Prior to the CFO position, she served as a corporate vice president and Corporate Controller from April 1996 until July 2000. She also served as acting CFO from December 1999 until her election to CFO by the Board of Directors.
Additionally, she served as the Executive Program Sponsor of the Cornerstone program.
Prior to joining Unisys, Ms. Haugen was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP where her client responsibilities included a variety of large multinational technology and services companies, both U.S. and foreign-owned.
Ms. Haugen graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
Unisys announced that it has named Inder M. Singh, who currently serves the company as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, to succeed Ms. Haugen as SVP and CFO, also effective November 1, 2016.
Mr. Singh joined Unisys from SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., where he served as a Managing Director providing equity research and investment advice across the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
Previously, Mr. Singh served as a senior vice president for finance and strategy for Comcast Cable, and has held senior corporate finance leadership positions at Cisco Systems, AT&T and Prudential Financial.
Mr. Singh holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Science, and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. ■
